This blog is a reflection of my journey as a birdwatcher, which I started in 2014. I will share what I've learned as I try to attract a variety of birds by experimenting with feed, feeder styles, and feeding station configurations. I enjoy nature photography, so there will be bird pictures too. I hope to share what I've learned and to learn from others. A variety of bird watching topics will be addressed, including product reviews for which I receive no form of compensation.

European Starling enthusiastically enjoying a bath in the afternoon sunshine.
Despite interruptions from a Brown-headed Cowbird, this European Starling refused to be hurried along. Lurking in the background, just under the left side of the bath, is an immature Eastern Towhee.
